Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixel tags. Throughout this policy we refer to all of these as “cookies”.

Cookies are categorised by who sets them (1st-party cookies are set by kasiel.com; 3rd-party cookies are set by other domains we use, such as Stripe), by how long they last (session cookies disappear when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them), and by their purpose.

2. Cookies we use

The tables below list each cookie we set or allow on kasiel.com. We will keep this list current as the Service evolves.

3. Managing your choices

Strictly-necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the Service cannot function without them. For all other categories, you control whether they load:

  • Use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer at any time to update your choices.
  • You can also control or delete cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers offer a way to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or be alerted when cookies are set. See the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
  • Disabling necessary cookies via your browser may break sign-in, payments and other core features.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of analytics cookies for users where applicable.

4. Legal bases (EU / EEA / UK)

We rely on Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (as transposed locally, and as set out in PECR in the United Kingdom) for our use of strictly-necessary cookies. For all other cookies we rely on your prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Changes

We will update this Cookie Policy whenever we add, remove or change a cookie. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will trigger the consent banner to re-appear.
