Risk Disclosure

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Read this first. Kasiel is a research tool, not a financial adviser. Trading and investing carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Verify everything independently before acting on it.

1. Research tool — not investment advice

Kasiel is an AI-powered research and informational tool. All content, data, verdicts, price targets, scenarios, risk notes, watchlists, leaderboards and other outputs (collectively, “Outputs”) are provided for general information and research purposes only.

Outputs do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice or any other regulated professional service. They are not personalised to your circumstances and do not take into account your investment objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance or needs.

Kasiel is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, swap dealer, financial planner, fund manager or alternative investment fund manager in any jurisdiction.

2. You are solely responsible for your decisions

Any decision to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any security, derivative, digital asset, fund interest or other financial instrument is made by you, at your own risk, and is your sole responsibility. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any Output without first conducting your own due diligence and obtaining advice from a qualified, independent professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

3. Substantial risk of loss

Trading and investing in financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Markets can move rapidly, unpredictably and against you. Liquidity can disappear. Volatility can spike. Companies can fail. Frauds and operational failures occur. There is no investment strategy, however well-researched, that eliminates these risks.

Only invest money you can afford to lose. Do not borrow money to invest unless you fully understand the additional risks. Diversify. Use risk-management measures appropriate for your circumstances.

4. Equities and listed securities

The price of listed equities can fall as well as rise and may be affected by market sentiment, company-specific events, sector dynamics, macroeconomic conditions, regulatory action, geopolitical events and many other factors. Smaller-capitalisation companies can be especially volatile and illiquid. Dividends are not guaranteed. Currency movements may affect the value of foreign securities for non-USD investors.

5. Crypto-assets and digital tokens

Crypto-assets are highly volatile, speculative and complex. Their value can drop rapidly to zero. They may be subject to significant operational, technological, custodial, market-manipulation and regulatory risks. They may not be regulated as financial instruments in your jurisdiction.

Crypto-assets are generally not protectedby deposit-insurance schemes, investor-compensation schemes or financial-ombudsman services. Where applicable, the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (Regulation 2023/1114, “MiCA”) may apply to issuers and service providers, but does not protect investors against market losses. Kasiel does not custody crypto-assets and does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of MiCA.

6. Derivatives, leverage and short selling

Derivatives (options, futures, CFDs, structured products) and leveraged or short positions can produce losses that exceed your initial outlay. They are not suitable for all investors. Where Outputs reference derivatives or leveraged exposure, this is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a recommendation to use such instruments.

7. Past performance and track-record statistics

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Where the Service displays track-record figures, accuracy percentages, hit rates, leaderboard rankings or comparable historical performance metrics, those figures are computed by Kasiel from its own records using assumptions that may include idealised entry/exit timing, no transaction costs, no slippage, no taxes and no real-world execution constraints. Such figures are backwards-looking, hypothetical or unaudited, do not reflect the experience of any specific user, and are not a forecast of future returns.

8. Forward-looking statements

Outputs may contain forward-looking statements about future performance, price targets, scenarios, catalysts or company prospects. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and depend on assumptions that may not materialise. Actual outcomes may differ materially. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they were generated; we are under no obligation to update them.

9. AI limitations and accuracy

Outputs are produced wholly or partly by large-language-model systems and automated data pipelines. AI systems can and do produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent, biased or fabricated(so-called “hallucinations”), including incorrect numbers, misattributed quotes, references to events that did not occur and citations to sources that do not exist.

We make no representation or warranty that any Output is accurate, complete, current, reliable, suitable, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify any factual claim, figure, source or citation independently before relying on it.

10. Third-party data and content

The Service uses market data, news and other content sourced from third parties. Such third-party content is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete. We do not endorse third-party content and we are not responsible for it.

11. No fiduciary relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency or trust relationship between you and Kasiel. Kasiel does not owe you any duty of care or fiduciary duty in connection with any Output or any decision you make based on it.

12. Conflicts and positioning

Kasiel and its personnel may, from time to time, hold positions in instruments referenced by the Service. We do not provide investment-bank or sell-side coverage and we do not receive compensation from any issuer to produce or shape Outputs. Where any Output is sponsored, paid for, or otherwise materially influenced by a third party, we will clearly disclose that fact in the Output itself.

13. Regulatory notices

United States. Kasiel is not registered as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as a broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or as a commodity trading advisor under the Commodity Exchange Act, and the Service is not subject to oversight by the SEC, FINRA, the CFTC or the NFA.

European Union / EEA.Outputs do not constitute “investment advice” (Art. 4(1)(4) MiFID II), “investment research” (Art. 36 Commission Delegated Regulation 2017/565) or a “personal recommendation”. Kasiel is not authorised by ESMA or by any national competent authority to provide investment services.

14. Geographic restrictions

The Service is operated globally on a “pull” basis and is not actively marketed into any jurisdiction in which the Service or the publication of investment-related content would require a licence we do not hold. Kasiel may, at its sole discretion, geo-block or restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time and without notice.

15. No solicitation

Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise deal in any security, derivative, digital asset, fund interest or other financial instrument, or to engage in any investment activity, in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

16. Acknowledgement

By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and our Terms of Service, that you accept full responsibility for any investment, trading or financial decision you make, and that Kasiel is not responsible for any loss you may suffer.
